Making Your Funeral Wishes Known
Not everyone feels able to talk about their own funeral, but by writing some details down, you will be helping your loved ones to make the arrangements when the time comes.
You may not have considered all the finer details and may prefer your loved ones to make many of the decisions themselves when the time comes; however, giving them some clear guidance, especially on your preferences for burial or cremation, or religious or non-religious content, is normally much welcomed, at what is almost always, a very difficult time.
After filling in the information in this funeral wishes leaflet, please sign, and date the last page, and give a copy to a close family member, friend, or the person who will be taking care of your funeral arrangements. If desired, you can also return your wishes to us for safe keeping, and so that when the time comes, we can refer to your wishes to guide your loved ones through the arrangements.
